Achievement of Chinese Dream and Chinese Spirit of the Age Going out
Chinese dream is a spiritual power to achieve the Great Renaissance of the Chinese nation. In the process of Great Renaissance, we create the great spirit of Chinese nation. With the development of economy prosperity, China has become the second largest economic power in the world. The Chinese nation is undergoing the course of Great Renaissance of Chinese dream. The process of the evolution of Chinese dream is the cultivating process of Chinese spirit of the age. That is the evolution of Chinese dream and the creation of Chinese spirit of the age. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to continue to carry forward the fine tradition of the Chinese Communist Party, continue to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the times in China, and to practice a strong management team. The effect of the spirit of age in the process of implementation of Chinese dream is obvious. Realizing Chinese dream needs the whole world to recognize Chinese spirit of the age and the construction of socialist cultural power point of view. It is easy to realize the significance of constructing a strong country of socialistic culture in realization of Chinese dream. This thesis takes Daqing as an example to illustrate the significance of Chinese spirit of age going out. It points out background of Daqing spirit going out, possibility the spirit of Daqing going out, effective way of the spirit of Daqing going out, and significance of the Spirit of Daqing going out. In this way, Chinese culture can be accepted by the whole world; and eventually the renaissance of the Chinese dream of Chinese nation can be achieved
Using heterogeneous satellites for passive detection of moving aerial target
Passive detection of a moving aerial target is critical for intelligent surveillance. Its implementation can use signals transmitted from satellites. Nowadays, various types of satellites co-exist which can be used for passive detection. As a result, a satellite signal receiver may receive signals from multiple heterogeneous satellites, causing difficult in echo signal detection. In this paper, a passive moving aerial target detection method leveraging signals from multiple heterogeneous satellites is proposed. In the proposed method, a plurality of direct wave signals is separated in a reference channel first. Then, an adaptive filter with normalized least-mean-square (NLMS) is adopted to suppress direct-path interference (DPI) and multi-path interference (MPI) in a surveillance channel. Next, the maximum values of the cross ambiguity function (CAF) and the fourth order cyclic cumulants cross ambiguity function (FOCCCAF) correspond into each separated direct wave signal and echo signal will be utilized as the detection statistic of each distributed sensor. Finally, final detection probabilities are calculated by decision fusion based on results from distributed sensors. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, extensive simulation studies are conducted. The corresponding simulation results show that the proposed fusion detection method can significantly improve the reliability of moving aerial target detection using multiple heterogeneous satellites. Moveover, we also show that the proposed detection method is able to significantly improve the detection performance by using multiple collaborative heterogeneous satellites
GyroFlow: Gyroscope-Guided Unsupervised Optical Flow Learning
Existing optical flow methods are erroneous in challenging scenes, such as
fog, rain, and night because the basic optical flow assumptions such as
brightness and gradient constancy are broken. To address this problem, we
present an unsupervised learning approach that fuses gyroscope into optical
flow learning. Specifically, we first convert gyroscope readings into motion
fields named gyro field. Then, we design a self-guided fusion module to fuse
the background motion extracted from the gyro field with the optical flow and
guide the network to focus on motion details. To the best of our knowledge,
this is the first deep learning-based framework that fuses gyroscope data and
image content for optical flow learning. To validate our method, we propose a
new dataset that covers regular and challenging scenes. Experiments show that
our method outperforms the state-of-art methods in both regular and challenging
scenes
GyroFlow+: Gyroscope-Guided Unsupervised Deep Homography and Optical Flow Learning
Existing homography and optical flow methods are erroneous in challenging
scenes, such as fog, rain, night, and snow because the basic assumptions such
as brightness and gradient constancy are broken. To address this issue, we
present an unsupervised learning approach that fuses gyroscope into homography
and optical flow learning. Specifically, we first convert gyroscope readings
into motion fields named gyro field. Second, we design a self-guided fusion
module (SGF) to fuse the background motion extracted from the gyro field with
the optical flow and guide the network to focus on motion details. Meanwhile,
we propose a homography decoder module (HD) to combine gyro field and
intermediate results of SGF to produce the homography. To the best of our
knowledge, this is the first deep learning framework that fuses gyroscope data
and image content for both deep homography and optical flow learning. To
validate our method, we propose a new dataset that covers regular and
challenging scenes. Experiments show that our method outperforms the
